Tami Parker is the teacher of the three year-olds and has been teaching at Mountview since 2005. She attends the Indianola Church of Christ with her husband, Larry, and their three teenagers. Tami has an associate's degree in Early Childhood Development from Columbus State and is presently enrolled as a Psychology and Human Relations major at Ohio Christian University.

Beth Knauer is the teacher of the 2 ½ year-olds. She is a student at Columbus State Community College, working toward her associate's degree in Early Childhood Development, and attends Mountview Baptist Church.

Darla Thomas is an assistant teacher and has been at Mountview Christian Preschool since 2006. She has an administrative assistant and business background. She attends Grace Bible Church in Canal Winchester where she makes her home. She is the mother of two adult daughters and has a baby granddaughter.

All members of the teaching staff are certified in First Aid, CPR, Management of Communicable Disease, Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention, and Medication Administration.
