Children who will be aged 2 ½ through 5 years old on or before September 30th are accepted for registration on completion of this enrollment form and payment of a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. All students must be potty-trained in order to attend. All classes are subject to enrollment and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes begin for the 2010-2011 school year on August 23, 2010.

• There is a $50.00 per child or $75.00 per family non-refundable registration fee. Payment of this fee accompanied by the completed enrollment application will be accepted beginning February 1 and will hold a position for your child.
• Current enrollees: If the completed application and registration fee are received by April 1st current enrollees will receive a reduced registration fee of $25 per child, $37.50 per family, for the upcoming school year.
